Each item is custom-printed after ordering, which requires production time.

 During high -volume periods ( holidays, sales) processing may take 1-2 additional days.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

Domestic Shipping (South Africa ): 3-7 business days after processing.

International Shipping : 10-20 business days after processing.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information:

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order ships.

You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation.

International Orders may experience delays due to customs processing. Tracking information will still be provided, but please allow extra time for custom clearance which can take 1-3 additional business days depending on the destination country.

International Shipping Notes :

Import duties, taxes, and custom fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges vary by country and are collected by the delivery carrier or customs office upon delivery.
